What really stood out was the level of communication—we received regular updates, photos, and little notes about how the dogs were doing, which gave us real peace of mind while we were away. It was obvious that our pets weren’t just being looked after, but truly cared for and given attention, affection, and proper exercise.

"Tracey is such an amazing cat sitter. She gave me regular photo and video updates and I knew he was in such great care. She is great with animals and is very trusting in your home. My cat is normally a cat who runs from strangers but he absolutely loved Tracey and was waiting at the window for her everytime she was to visit. "I was very lucky to have had Olivia care for my pet - I was able to enjoy my holiday knowing my pet was in gentle caring hands. I received daily photos and updates which was fantastic that I was able to see my pet whilst away. Olivia kindly offered to bring in my garbage bins which was brilliant as this was not obvious the property was unoccupied.
