"Hands down the best pet sitter ever!I cannot recommend Aiye enough! She watched our four furbabies—our two big dogs (Anika and Bentley) and our two cats (Kobi and Aki)—from July 15th to 21st while we were away in Bali for our wedding.
Leaving our pets for a trip that huge was super stressful, but Aiye gave me complete peace of mind. She sent photos and videos every single day, was always super easy to reach, and answered any texts right away. Seeing those updates while away was such a massive relief.From our very first meetup, all four of our pets clicked with her instantly. She genuinely loved them, picked up on their little personalities right away, and catered to their every need.She followed our routine to a T! Managing our setup isn't simple. Our dogs are outdoors only and our cats are strictly indoors. She handled feeding perfectly, keeping our big food-thief Anika over in the car porch area while Bentley got to take his sweet time eating on the decking. She also looked after the cats' feeder, water, and litter without missing a beat. Aiye goes SO far above and beyond. At one point, our youngest cat Aki decided to hide behind the TV. Aiye spent her entire visit searching for him to make sure he was okay. I literally told her she could go home and I’d just check our indoor cameras later to see when he came out, but she refused to leave until she actually found him herself! She left the house absolutely spotless. We adore her and her husband so much that we told them to help themselves to drinks and snacks and kick back with the TV while visiting.To be honest, I trust her with my pets when I don't even feel comfortable leaving them with family (besides my sister!). I will 100% be hiring her every single time we travel from now on. You truly couldn’t ask for a better person to trust with your animals!"
