"Mary-Ann took great care of my cat Tim Tam while I was away and I couldn't have asked for a better cat sitter. Even though it was at short notice she arranged a meet & greet with him beforehand and they became instant besties. Her love for cats really shines through!
She offered daily updates and made sure he was take care of even through one of Melbourne's awful heatwaves. I came home to a happy cat and a tidy house. I couldn't have asked for more :)
I would recommend her to my friends and I'm definitely booking her again the next time I go away! "

"Paula looked after our cat and did an excellent job. Our cat is blind, so we needed someone patient and consistent. Paula followed the routine perfectly, kept the litter area clean, and made sure his food and water were sorted. She also sent great updates after each visit, which gave us real peace of mind. "I highly recommend Jia for conscientious, kind and organised pet care! Jia looked after my two cats while I was away for ten days. She sent me photos and videos of my cats every day, and sent written updates without me having to ask. Great for my peace of mind! Jia is a great communicator- she responded promptly and warmly to every message. She also kindly did pet care tasks such as clean out the litter tray. "Sara was a lovely pet sitter, whose service we couldn't be more happy with.
Travelling can be nerve-wracking when thinking of our furry friends left behind, and Sara was a fantastic sitter to help settle nerves and look after our little-ones. She was prompt in all messages and meetings. She was receptive to minute details and idiosyncrasies involved in our cats and home situation. She was polite, friendly and professional.
