She did an incredible job looking after our cats while we were away — giving them plenty of care and attention, and keeping us updated throughout. She was also wonderfully flexible when our travel dates changed, which made things so much easier for us. It was such a relief knowing our cats were in good hands, and we came home to two very happy (and well-looked-after!) pets.
