Throughout my life, I have cared for a variety of animals, including dogs, cats, birds, and even exotic pets like reptiles and small mammals.

1. In-Home Dog Sitting: Provided attentive care for various breeds of dogs in their own homes while their owners were away. Duties included feeding, walking, administering medication as needed, and ensuring the dogs felt loved and comfortable during their owner's absence.
2. Daily Dog Walking Services: Offered daily dog walking services for busy pet owners, ensuring dogs received regular exercise and mental stimulation. Utilized positive reinforcement techniques to reinforce good behavior and promote leash manners during walks.
3. Overnight Dog Boarding: Hosted dogs in a safe and loving environment in my own home while their owners were on vacation. Created a welcoming atmosphere with plenty of toys, cozy bedding, and supervised playtime to keep dogs happy and entertained.
4. Emergency Pet Care: Responded quickly to urgent pet care needs, such as last-minute dog sitting requests or providing assistance during unexpected situations like medical emergencies or travel delays for pet owners.
5. Specialized Care for Senior Dogs: Provided specialized care for elderly dogs, including administering medication, assisting with mobility issues, and adjusting routines to accommodate their individual needs and preferences.
6. Pet Taxi Services: Offered transportation services for pets to and from vet appointments, grooming sessions, or other important outings, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the journey.

I have been a petsitter for many years in The Netherlands through Pawshake, but I had to make a new account in order to start working as a petsitter in Australia. I love all animals and would happily pet sit your dog, cat, rabbit, bird or other animal! I’ve been vegan for the last 9 years because I think all animals should be treated equally. I’ve grown up with horses and cats, and you could call me some sort of a crazy cat lady. (In a good way ;)
I have looked after dogs, guinea pigs, cats and birds and I’ve absolutely loved it! I would love to get a dog, but with my current lifestyle it wouldn't work out. I miss cuddling with my fury friends so I would love to cuddle and play with yours. I love being outdoors and going to parks and the beach so it would be perfect if I could take your dog there for walks!
I will come and pick up your dog to go outside for walks and playtime. I'm also more than happy to do home visits to look after your dog or cat. I will discuss with you how long the walks/visit would be, depending on what your pet needs. I work from home a lot of the week, so I have a wide availability to look after your pet. I also have a big four wheel drive to transport a dog.
Services:
I offer dog walking, home visits and overnight stays at your house. Unfortunately I cannot board pets at my own house. The dog walks &amp; home visits will be +30 minutes each. I can do up to two dog walks a day. Because I freelance and work from home, I am available every weekday and can easily fit walks/home visits in my daily schedule. I am available every weekday, with a bit of notice. Mornings, afternoons and evenings are all fine by me.&nbsp;
I am happy to give oral medication to your pet. During home visits I can water the plants for you and bring in the mail. The dog walks will be in an area as recommended by you, or a local dog friendly park here on the Northern Beaches. While house sitting, I am happy to spend the whole day at the house. I'll make sure to lock up and leave the key in the designated area.&nbsp;

Hi there, my name is Rose and I am a lover of all animals, especially dogs! I have 2 of my own at my family home in Sydney, they're both a cattle dog mix so they have been pretty crazy pups to look after! When I was living at home, all through my school days, I would take them on daily walks, feed them and clean them. I have also puppysat my friends dogs from dachshunds to German Shepards, so I understand how to look after all kinds big and small! They have stayed at my own place or I have stayed at their parents place and I have looked after them by walking them, feeding them, taking them to doggy beaches or parks and taking them for play dates. I now live out of home in a share house in North Wollongong. It is one level and a backyard but is also a 10 minute walk from the beach and the blue mile walk and surrounding parks. My family has always owned dogs, cats and rabbits ( I grew up with cocker spaniels). I have a gorgeous cat now, we can't fit a dog in our apartment so petsitting fills the doggy void in my life. 
You get two services in one with me, I am a certified horticulturalist and would love to take care or your garden and indoor plants whilst you're gone.
I have been house and pet sitting for years now for friends and family. I work part time for myself so can be at home for long periods of time which is helpful for our anxious furry friends. I absolutely love walking a dog(s) and exploring a new neighbourhood, and have been trained in dog walking and teaching basic commands. I am physically fit and can handle the bigger breeds.
