"Yee was absolutely wonderful! She was kind, caring, and made both my mum and I feel completely reassured and comfortable, especially since it was our first time using a pet sitter. My cats absolutely adored her and will miss her so much! She took the time to understand their personalities and behaviors, making sure they felt safe, comfortable, and happy. "Had a frantic morning rushing for work and did not have time to walk my dogs so they could go potty. I booked Chloe & Cameron for a house visit so the dogs could go out back and have a little run and do their thing. Was very happy with the service and they were very communicative with quick responses and detailed updates! Will definitely be getting them to do dog walks as well in the future! "

"Jacinta was absolutely wonderful. Jacinta was reliable, friendly and incredible with our cats. We were sent cute updates each day and it really put our mind at ease knowing our cats were cared for.
Our two cats are rescue cats and usually very timid and scared of strangers. They shy away and I honestly thought Jacinta would have to leave the food out for sprinkles because she would be too scared to eat in front of a new person. On the first day Jacinta sent me photos of sprinkles not hiding and on day 2 sprinkles was playing with her!!! I honestly could believe it, she has a real understanding for cats behaviours and we are so grateful to have Jacinta come and help us.

"Fiona and Sam are absolutely lovely people. So empathetic to our situation with which we needed a pet sitter and so caring towards our animals.
Communication was amazing and Fiona was just a text message away as well as here on pawshake.
Sam took care of our animals for the few days and did such a lovely job and we were immediately comfortable at the ‘meet and greet.’ Our animals that normally hide away came out for a cuddle and we received photo evidence that our babies were safe which was such a relief when we were stressed having never had a pet sitter before outside of friends.
We will be coming back and recommending their services to other friends also. Thank you so much for your due diligence and for doing such an amazing job. "
