"Tayla was absolutely fantastic! From the initial quick response message on Pawshake through to meeting her and having her look after our two boys (our male cat and dog) while we were away for three weeks, Tayla was exactly who we were looking for! Tayla was very friendly and easy to deal with. She visited our pets daily for just over 3 weeks and gave us updates along the way. She also brought in our mail and kept an eye on our place while we went there. Highly recommended! "

"Caroline was a delight to deal with from start to finish. We booked her to make a house visit once daily over 8 days to look after our two elderly cats (plus water the pot plants) while we were away overseas. We felt very comfortable leaving them in her care, and it was clear from the photos and videos she sent that they received plenty of TLC. They’re old and fussy, but they loved her! We found her communication style to be proactive and clear. We’ll definitively book Caroline again."

"I had to leave my special needs cat while away overseas. I chose Leticia at the recommendation of my cats specialist. Leticia was the perfect choice! She is very caring, attentive, follows instructions very carefully and easily. Besides that she also went above and beyond cleaning up after any accidents my cat had, and there were quite a few. She also watered my plants! Most importantly she was able to administer my cats medication which changed daily depending on how she was. Of course we were able to keep in touch to discuss these things but Leticia was very competent in carrying out instructions for medication. My cat isn’t the easiest to give medicine to, but because Leticia is so caring my cat let her 😊Leticia sent me photos and videos every visit to keep me in the loop with how she was which was very comforting as I was very worried to leave my girl for over two weeks. I could tell in the videos how well they bonded with one another and that my cat trusted her entirely. Leticia always turned up to my house at the time she said she would. I found her to be extremely reliable and trustworthy. I recommend Leticia to anyone who is hesitant about leaving their fur baby behind to go away. She is absolutely amazing! "Stacy has been amazing and i can see my cats have been very comfortable with her. I have had nothing to worry about, my furbabies have been fed, their litter changed and i have recieved lots of photos which has made it a bit easier being away from them. "How lucky was I to have secured a 5 day booking with Marta only a week BEFORE I flew interstate!
Marta communicated consistently prior to our Meet & Greet, which eased my anxiety for having left it to last minute. I had warned Marta that Charli can bite before they met & of course - the second they were introduced Charli made me to be a liar! 😂 My chunky ball of fluff fell for Marta immediately 🥰 She couldn't get enough pats & I knew immediately that it was a great match.
During our booking, Marta kept me updated with many cute photos, took care of Charli's basic needs & even spent quality time with her, allowing her to get some supervised outside time in my small backyard which Charli absolutely loves!
This was my first time using a Pet Sitter because my girl doesn't cope well in a cattery (I learned the hard way!). I've relied on family to care for her before but with welcoming two newborns in 3 weeks - neither of my cousins were available. I had peace of mind knowing Charli was in her own home, getting some companionship each day & most importantly, her wet food for dinner 😂
