She managed quickly to gain the trust of our cats which are very shy which is a testament to how wonderful she is. Dee kept me informed all the time and was such a pleasure. "Kate's a superstar - she took such wonderful care of our cat while we were away. Our cat bonded with Kate almost straight-away and it was a delight to see daily photos and videos of playtime, cuddles and treats. Our cat was safe and stress-free under her care. Kate is kind and very thorough; she also took care of non-cat tasks like collecting mail and watering plants which was a huge help. 10/10 would recommend!"

"Lauren was outstanding!
This was our first time using any pet sitter for a fur family.
We couldn't be more happier with Lauren, she went above and beyond for our three animals and also engaged thoroughly with my 'to do' list (as I haven't don't this before,I went overboard on leaving notes🫣).
Given it was a special time of year (Christmas) for everyone, Lauren still had no problem in visiting and making sure our little family was in safe hands.
Plus, knowing that Lauren was visiting every day was an assurance from a security point of view as well.
She kept us up to date with communication and we all felt a sense of relief that such a competent person was able to be there, when we were not.
We will definitely be using Lauren in the future and we can not recommend her highly enough.

"Tayla was absolutely fantastic! From the initial quick response message on Pawshake through to meeting her and having her look after our two boys (our male cat and dog) while we were away for three weeks, Tayla was exactly who we were looking for! Tayla was very friendly and easy to deal with. She visited our pets daily for just over 3 weeks and gave us updates along the way. She also brought in our mail and kept an eye on our place while we went there. Highly recommended! "

I’m very lucky to have found Hetty, my usual house sitter was away and I needed to find another option for my cats, either having someone come to the house or take them to the Cattery. I much preferred them staying where they were happy and comfortable and having Hetty visit everyday to play with them and make sure they had needs taken care of. Well Hetty came and brushed them everyday, gave them lots of cuddles also took care of my fish that should have been fed on an auto feeder but she checked them and found it wasn’t working and fed them by hand so I’m lucky she was so observant. She sent lots of photos and updates everyday so I knew everything was going ok and that the cats were happy, relaxed and well looked after. "

"Georgina was fabulous! She helped us by minding our older dog at short notice over Christmas. Even after our dog got a little “snappy” on the first meet and greet, Georgina was not deterred !
