Are you busy over the christmas period? Do you need someone that can clean your house, keep your pet company, take them for a walk or give them a wash? I can do it all!Hi I'm Lu, I am a lover of all pets and making myself available from Dec - Jan for a range of services, catered to your individual needs. I live right near Gilpin Park and take my do there every day into the fenced areas. We know ALL the dogs and have a fun time!I am often called a 'helicopter parent' as I'm constantly looking a few metres ahead of my dog to make sure there's nothing on the ground she can eat or choke on. I'm the kind of person that you want looking after your much loved pet and will do everything I need to keep them happy and safe. What I can offer:- I am an experienced dog walker and pet sitter but have only done this previously for friends and family, not through a website. Happy to provide references if you require or come by for a visit before you book me :)- I service all suburbs within 8km of Brunswick 3056. Message me if you are further away and I can confirm if it's possible.- If booked for dog walking I will only take your dog/s, I don't bundle this together with other bookings. This is so I can pay full atention to your pet at all times.- I have my own car with a dog seat and seatbelt so if you need your pet transported I can factor that into the day.- I make my own dog biscuits from coconut oil, peanut butter and pumpkin. Just add a note in your booking if you want me to bring a sample along for your pup to try!- If it's a hot day (above 26 degrees) I won't accept a booking to walk your dog unless I can do it in the early morning or late evening. This is for their safety as their paws can easily burn and some breeds are prone to heat stroke.What I can't offer:- I am unable to stay overnight as I have my own dog at home.

I have my own car so can easily travel on adventures. Big or small such as sensory walks around the neighbourhood, park adventures or extended hikes in nature and of course lots of love and attention! I can also offer home visiting services for dogs who like a fluffy pillow and warm blanket and can provide enrichment activities to keep them stimulated but also provide lots of love and affection!
I have previous experience caring for pets of all sizes and breeds and can accommodate their health needs (e.g. old age, breed impediments and general health and wellbeing).

After professionally house sitting for 10+ years and absolutely loving every minute of it, I’m now settled in my own home but needing cuddles in my life! 

I’d love to offer dog walking, and visits for feeding and cuddles. I’m currently in between jobs contracting virtually a couple hours a day, I’d be happy to work from your home on my laptop to give your loved ones company while you’re away also. 

Alternatively, I’m in a lovely apartment with a big sunny balcony, happy to collect your loved one and bring them home with me to hang out. My complex isn’t an awful sky rise, we have multiple large grassed areas for regular walks with other dogs to meet if they’re happy to. 

I’ve lived for extended periods with pets of all types from administering drugs to high anxiety. I’m very tidy, respectful, clean the kitty litter, follow instructions to the letter, anything needed. I have a natural gift for getting to know each individual personality and having the best time together. I treat every pet like my own from the bottom of my heart.

My names Kate, I'm a 24y/o living in the inner north and wanting to make new (furry) friends :)) I lost my sweet boy Harry (see cover photo) a year ago and I've been really missing having a dog around if I'm being totally honest... given I'm already out walking I may as well use it as a way to get some much needed dog time and benefit not only my mental health but some local dog parents so here I am !! 

I have been a ~casual~ dog sitter since 2019 - so have plenty experience with a range of breeds &amp; personality types. I have quite the soft spot for Border Collies, but have experience walking/looking after American Staffies, Labradoodles (and other various oodles), Golden Retrievers, French Bulldogs, Whippets, Dachshunds, Aussies, Corgis honestly you name it - I've probably crossed paths with it ! 

For those needing a sleepover, I live with 2 other girls in a townhouse just a stones throw away from the local dog park, so I can guarantee they will be showered with attention during their stay!! We have a large living space for your friend to run around in and huge couch to snuggle up on (if they're allowed, don't wish to teach a bad habit to those who aren't at home!!). The outdoor area is a large 5.3x3 metre terrace/balcony (on third level), this does have a 1.5M tall 'wall' however so my place is best suited for dogs who like to be inside at night as I would never leave them up here unsupervised - I spend most of my day at the dog park soaking up the sun especially for the pup's bathroom time. Please note, given the townhouse layout my house is unfortunately not suitable for those with mobility issues (stairs). 

For those just needing a w-a-l-k - whether it's a short stroll to the local off leash park, power laps around the block, or multiple breaks required as I know some of our senior pups heavily require - I am up for the challenge, just let me know what your pal needs and I will make sure they have the best time :)

My typical day with dogs includes morning walks, playtime in the backyard or local parks, feeding according to your schedule, and evening walks. I work from home with a flexible schedule, so dogs are never alone for extended periods. I provide regular photo updates and maintain open communication throughout their stay.

I adapt my approach to each dog’s temperament. High-energy dogs get extra exercise and mental stimulation through play and training games, while anxious or shy dogs receive patient, calm reassurance and a predictable routine. I read body language carefully and respect boundaries, never forcing interaction.

In emergencies, I remain calm and act quickly. I know the location of the nearest 24-hour vet clinic, keep your vet contact details accessible, and can transport dogs safely in my vehicle if needed. I’m trained in recognizing signs of distress, injury, or illness and will contact you immediately while taking appropriate action.

During walks, dogs are always on leash unless in designated off-leash areas where I’ve confirmed they have reliable recall. I’m vigilant about traffic, other dogs, and potential hazards. In off-leash parks, I maintain close supervision and intervene if play becomes too rough or if the dog shows signs of stress. 

I live in a calm, spacious house in Brunswick West with multiple rooms and a large backyard. The backyard is fully secured with locked gates and fencing around the perimeter, making it safe for dogs to play and explore off-leash. During overnight stays, I ensure all external doors remain locked, and dogs sleep indoors with access to comfortable beds in climate-controlled rooms. The backyard provides a secure space for toilet breaks and play, while indoor areas offer cozy resting spots away from any outdoor elements.
