"This was my first time arranging a stranger to care for my cats and I couldnât be happier with the service Claire provided. When I met her I could tell there was nothing to worry about. She is friendly and a great communicator. I can tell she really loves cats,too. My cats are usually quite shy but warmed to her quickly. "Marion was absolutely amazing! She took such wonderful care of our four bunnies while we were overseas. My partner and I were quite nervous about leaving them behind, but Marion instantly put us at ease with her excellent communication and regular photo updates. She was incredibly thoughtful and attentive especially on hot days in Melbourne keeping us informed and making sure our apartment stayed cool and comfortable for the rabbits. We came home to very happy, well-cared-for bunnies and couldnât be more grateful. We wouldnât hesitate to recommend Marion to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter."

"To say Elena is one of the best is an understatement. She simply IS the best. I discovered Paw Shake and by extension Elenaâs outstanding reviews when looking
for at-home cat feeding/care while I was overseas for 2.5 weeks. After contacting her through the site, Elena promptly replied and we soon set up a first meeting to see my cat's environment and for us all to meet each other. Elena is a gentle and kind person. As a mother-mother and a cat mother herself, as well as someone who works in childcare, she has the best qualities for this job. However she exceeded my expectations on every level. She visited daily while I was away, not only feeding and cleaning feeding bowls etc, but she played with, entertained, cleaned out the litter. But then also took the time to write detailed reports supported by numerous photos and videos. The time she spent made my cat happy, stimulated and allowed her to remain in a perfect routine. I wholeheartedly trust Elena in my home, and to look after anyone's pet. I encourage you, if you are reading this review, to book Elena now, especially so if you are a cat owner. I'll be forever grateful of the care, time and love she has given my darling cat. If I could give her an 11 out of 10 rating, I would!"

"It was our first time using Pawshake and we absolutely scored with Suki - a lovely human and a total cat whisperer. Our cat warmed uo to Suki in 48 hours and was so affectionate (one might say almost more than with us! đ). Suki is very diligent, a great listener and pays attention to every small detail. Our instructions were followed to a tee. We loved getting daily updates on our catâs adventures - Suki is an excellent communicator. My girls were so grateful for the way Suki cared for our cat that they insisted we get her a souvenir from our trip. Suki clearly loves animals and is amazing at taking care of them.
