"This was our first time with Sam, and we couldn’t be happier. Sam was thoughtful, communicative, and clearly has a natural way with animals. Alvin instantly warmed up to her, which says a lot—he’s usually slow to trust new people. We came home to a calm, happy dog and felt reassured every step of the way.
