"Loes is definitely the best cat carer in Canberra! Using her knowledge and skills she met my shy and anxious cat, Belle, with a soft, gentle, reassuring and empathetic approach to build rapport, and within a short time had her feeling safe, comfortable and relaxed in her care. She provided Belle with all the care and attention she needed, including stimulation and enrichment to help counter the boredom and loneliness whilst I was away. She changed up her toys, set up different activities and environments using available resources, played with her, and even put on classical music for Belle during her visits to soothe her and provide additional stimulation.
The updates and pictures I received of Belle and her latest activities were welcome snapshots, that allowed me to stay connected, and showed the wonderful care she was receiving. It felt as though Loes cared as much about Belle as I do and I would definitely recommend her services. It is such a relief for me to know that she is available to look after Belle as I know she will make every effort to make her happy when I am away. "

She was really easy to organise and arrange for the booking and took excellent care of her, she will spend actual quality time giving your cat attention, play and brushes. "Aadeeba is hands down the best pet sitter I’ve used through Pawshake! She and Cameron took such wonderful care of my two cats. They are both genuinely lovely, kind people and I felt completely at ease trusting them with my cats from the very beginning. I received daily updates and photos, which was so reassuring while we were away.
One of my cats can get a little stressed when we’re away, and unfortunately he ended up with an upset tummy. Aadeeba was incredibly understanding and more than happy to adjust the care arrangements at short notice to give him some extra attention. Thanks to her kindness and flexibility, he was much happier and his tummy soon settled.
I’m so grateful for the love and care they gave my cats. I couldn’t recommend Aadeeba and Cameron more highly! Thank you so much! ❤️

We couldn’t be more impressed with the exceptional care Claudia provided for our three fur babies over the Easter period. She arrived exactly within the agreed timeframes for every visit, took our dog Ollie on his daily walks, and even surprised him with a chew toy to keep him entertained between visits - such a thoughtful touch.
Our cats were equally well looked after, receiving plenty of attention, affection, and even the occasional brush, which they loved. We received daily photo updates that gave us complete peace of mind, and we returned home to find everything exactly as we left it.

"I highly recommend Micheala for your in-house pet minding. Micheala looked after our beautiful boy Tonkinese cat with two visits a day, lots of cuddles, a cleaned litter tray and his usual feed. Communication was really proactive and Micheala even left us with a written list of what she did each visit, in addition to the photos and messages she sent to us from each visit. We will be seeking out Micheala's services for our future pet minding needs."
