I am a Canadian traveller on a partnership visa. I have recently made Airlie beach, Queensland my new home. I am working towards becoming a permanent resident in Australia and I am starting to create my own business as a conscious breathwork facilitator. Therefore, I am flexible and available for pet daycare immediately as I work in between sessions booked. I am also looking to become a pet sitter in owner's home only, because I am missing having animals in my every day to day life and I am unable to have animals where I live currently now. Unfortunately, I live temporarily at the marina and will not be available to have pets in my homestay on the boat. I absolutely love the energies of all animals! I have some previous experience house and pet sitting back home in Canada, however this is my first time trying to experience helping out in Australia. I am very organised, friendly, responsible and compassionate towards all animals and respectful to any household environment. I am clean and tidy and I have clear communication skills. I love to care for people, animals and our environment and I take great pride in the work that I do. All animals tend to warm up to me very quickly. I am confident to go for multiple walks, feed on regular hours and administor medication to meet pets necessary daily regime. I am comfortable to look after more than one pet at a time too, but maximum 4 medium dogs to walk at once. Currently, I am looking for casual pet sitting and flexible pet daycare positions to help out those traveling or living in the community of Airlie beach or Whitsunday region. Hey there, I'm Lisa! I'am in love with animals and nature, so I'm totally up for helping out the community while getting some quality time myself with furry pals 

I've had pets before and I'm all about making sure they're in good hands. During my childhood I have also volunteered in animal rescue center, taking care of cats and dogs. That was a hard watching but fulfilling thing to do, as I wanted to help every creature.
I'm pretty much around mornings and evenings, and some lunch times, ready to make sure your pet feels comfy and happy while you're away.

When I drop by, I'll be chilling with your pets, giving them company and looking out for them. Each visit's timing depends on what your pet digs, but usually, it's like 30 minutes to an hour of bonding time.

Feeding them on schedule and keeping their water bowls full is a given. Oh, and while I'm not a vet, I'll nudge your pet to take their meds if needed, following your lead, of course.

For dogs, walks are totally tailored to their energy and fitness vibes. We'll do anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes, exploring the neighborhood or hitting up nearby parks for some outdoor goodness.

And wait, there's more! If you've got plants, I'm down to keep 'em hydrated, and I'll grab your mail and stuff to make your place look lived-in. If you're up for it, I can even crash at your place overnight. Your pets won't be alone, and I'll treat your home like gold.

I am a 19 year old backpacker who is currently settled in cairns. Originally I am from the North East of England and have been surrounded by pets my entire life, currently I have two black Labrador's at home, Percy and Bounty, whom I miss greatly. My dogs have completely personalities, Bounty being very timid and sometimes anxious whereas Percy is very energetic and outgoing, meaning I am used to all different kinds of behaviours and know how to adapt to them. In the past I have also had cats, rabbits and Guinea pigs giving me great experience and love for all animals. I would be a great pet sitter because I would treat every animal as if it was my own, always looking after their safety and comfort to a full extent. I often look after my friends pets when they are away therefore I have experience in taking care of others pets and accounting for their needs which may be different to my own. I own a car meaning I can pick up and drop off your pet, also allowing me to take them to nice scenic walks.
