Over the years, I’ve had dogs, cats, guinea pigs, chickens, and ducks, which has given me a broad understanding of many different temperaments, needs, and routines. I offer both pet sitting at home and dog walking services, adapting to each pet’s personality, routine, and energy level. Whether your companion needs long walks, playtime, calm cuddles, or simple company, I make sure their needs are fully respected .

I am a reliable and caring pet sitter with over 5 years of experience looking after dogs and cats. I currently have two well-trained and friendly dogs, Reo and Olive. Olive is a rescued dog from a previous owner where he was mistreated and very shy and scared. With patience, care, and love, he has now become confident, happy, and part of my family—I treat both of them like my sons.
This experience has taught me how to handle anxious, scared, or rescued pets with a calm and gentle approach. I understand that every pet has a different personality, and I always take time to make them feel safe and comfortable.
I provide a safe, clean, and loving home where your pet will feel stress-free. My daily routine includes feeding on time, walks (30–60 minutes), playtime, and constant supervision. I have experience handling energetic pets as well as shy or senior pets.
I can also give basic medication if instructions are provided. In unexpected situations, I stay calm and ensure your pet’s safety while contacting you immediately.
I send regular updates with photos and messages so you always know your pet is happy and well cared for.
I am available on weekdays and weekends with flexible timing. I prefer vaccinated and friendly pets to maintain a safe environment.

Hi there! I’m McKenzie, a massive animal lover and happiest when I’m around furry friends. I currently have a cat who is my absolute world 

I’m super active, so I genuinely enjoy long walks, runs, beach trips, and park adventures, perfect if your fur baby loves getting out and about! I also love switching up walking spots to keep things fun, enriching, and mentally stimulating for dogs.

When caring for pets, I like to stick to a consistent daily routine based on what they’re used to. This includes regular feeding times, walks, playtime, and plenty of affection. I have quite a flexible work schedule, which allows me to be home more often than not, mostly starting late mornings through to early evenings. I will also try to involve your pet in all other weekly activities, such as visiting my grandma or grabbing a coffee with a friend. 

While I don’t have formal pet sitting qualifications, I’ve done plenty for friends and family over the years, from daily walks to overnight stays. I’m confident handling pets with different personalities and energy levels, whether that’s high-energy dogs who need lots of activity or more relaxed pets who prefer a slower pace and extra cuddles.

I’m very patient with nervous or shy pets and always let them warm up to me at their own pace. I focus on creating a calm, safe environment and use gentle, positive reinforcement to build trust. This has showed many times when I have taken in strays or lost puppies. I’m also happy to follow any training routines or commands you already have in place to keep things consistent.

In terms of safety, I take it seriously and your pet’s wellbeing is my top priority. In the unlikely event of an emergency, I’ll contact you immediately and seek veterinary care if needed. I always make sure I have your vet details, emergency contacts, and clear instructions before care begins so I can act quickly and confidently if anything arises.

I’ll treat your pets like they’re my own... safe, loved, and well looked after. I truly believe our pets are family, and I’ll care for them to the best of my ability. If I’m caring for pets in my home, I do ask that they’re fully vaccinated to keep everyone happy and healthy
