"Jeanne was absolutely wonderful! She was very responsible, caring, and attentive when looking after my three cats. Her communication was always prompt, and after every visit, she would send me an email with an update on how the cats were doing.

She kept us updated throughout our trip with regular messages and photos, which gave us great peace of mind knowing that Milo and Autumn were happy, safe, and well cared for.
