"I was so grateful to have Katie looking after my pets while I was away. She took excellent care of my cats, and sent thoughtful daily updates with photos and videos. It was obvious from the updates that my usually cautious cats felt completely comfortable with her. "Had a frantic morning rushing for work and did not have time to walk my dogs so they could go potty. I booked Chloe & Cameron for a house visit so the dogs could go out back and have a little run and do their thing. Was very happy with the service and they were very communicative with quick responses and detailed updates! Will definitely be getting them to do dog walks as well in the future! "

"Yee was absolutely wonderful! She was kind, caring, and made both my mum and I feel completely reassured and comfortable, especially since it was our first time using a pet sitter. My cats absolutely adored her and will miss her so much! She took the time to understand their personalities and behaviors, making sure they felt safe, comfortable, and happy. "Grant was very communicative and came around for a visit to meet our cat before the job even began. He did everything we asked when looking after Teddy and sent us regular updates. We were happy with the care he gave to our cat and so was Teddy. We would definitely ask Grant to come back for any future per sitting!"
