"Judith was absolutely amazing. Excepted a job last minute to check in on my furbabies on such a hot day. Judith gave me peace of mind whilst I was away for the day. Judith has great communication and provided me with photos and updates of my happy kitty. Judith spent time with Lily keeping her company. "It was a pleasure to have Laryssa take care of Xena (my lab x wolfhound) whilst I was overseas for 8 days. She came around and fed and walked Xena diligently each day, through rain and shine and with positivity. Laryssa sent photos and videos every day and Xena always had a smile on her face. "My animals were very well taken care of by Smriti. It is very clear that she genuinely cares about animals and their wellbeing.
We encountered an unexpected issue on the first morning that was outside of her control, which meant she was unable to access the house as planned. Throughout the entire situation, Smriti kept me updated, took initiative to help problem-solve, and was incredibly patient and understanding. She even went out of her way to return that evening once the issue was resolved to make sure my cats were taken care of.
I really appreciated her communication, flexibility and dedication, especially when things didn't go according to plan. I would absolutely recommend Smriti to anyone looking for a caring, reliable and thoughtful pet sitter!"
