I've volunteered between the RSPCA and awl for over 3 years now and am looking to start my career in the animal industry. I have also completed a cert ll in animal care and have fallen in love with both the industry and all kinds of pets. I have 3 of my own cats Maui, Chase and Amber as well as plans to get a small dog in the near future. Unfortunately, I can't do dog sitting as the place I am in cannot house a dog whether short or long term but I would be more than happy to have a few extra cats overnight. I am able to give pills but would prefer not to give any needles to an animal as my partner is terrified of them. I would consider training as a part of my services, depending on th issue. All walks will be 30 minutes long and home visits will be a quick 15 minutes to feed, Pat and have a bit of enrichment time for the animal.&nbsp;As well as loving cats and dogs I also have a current obsession with all different kinds of fish. I currently own female bettas, guaoramis and an angel fish, although not all in the same tank. So, consider me for your dog or cat's next needs and you can be rest assured that they are in the best of hands. I am an artist, often creating abstract, modern art and am just starting a cert lll in education support as well as being trained as a shift runner at my day job, dominos. I am 18 years old and living at Deception Bay with my partner who also loves animals, especially our cats. I am available Monday and Wednesday through to Sunday after 5pm or I can do Monday, Tuesday, Friday or Sunday between 8am and 10am if you would prefer a morning walk.

I spend time making sure every dog I look after gets exercise, mental stimulation, and plenty of fun, so they come home happy, tired, and content. I’ve got experience with high-energy and working breeds, so whether your dog loves long walks, running at the park, playing games, or just exploring new smells, I can make sure they get the attention and activity they need.

I have two kitty cats of my own, and before moving out of home, I helped care for my families fluffy Maltese Shih Tzu. Unfortunately my mum wouldn't let me take him as he's the family pet 🥲. This has definitely left a hole in my heart.

Hi there! We are Karel and Charlotte, a friendly retired couple who absolutely love dogs and really enjoy spending our time caring for them. Over the years, we’ve looked after our children’s and friends’ dogs whenever they’ve gone away, and it’s something we genuinely look forward to every time.
We know how important it is to feel confident that your pets are happy and well cared for — that’s exactly what we aim to provide.

What We Offer
We do daily visits that last at least 40 minutes each, where we’ll feed your dog, refresh their water, play with them, and give them plenty of attention and companionship. If your dog stays inside while you’re out, we’ll take them outside for a play or toilet break, or just give them some cuddles if that’s what they love most.
During our visits we also:

Clean up any messes in the yard
Collect mail or bring bins in/out if needed
Make sure your home is securely locked when we leave

If your dog needs a walk, that can be added for a small extra charge. Sometimes our son (who has dog training experience and the proper certifications) helps out with walks — especially if your dog needs a bit more exercise or structure.

Before the Booking
We prefer to meet you and your dog before the booking starts so we can get to know each other and go over any special instructions. This visit is completely free and helps your dog feel comfortable with us.
We’ll pick up and return your keys at the start and end of the booking.
A Few Things to Note
For everyone’s comfort and safety, we ask that:

Our visits aren’t designed for pets left alone overnight. Please make sure your pet is okay and safe to stay alone overnight.
Your dog has access to a shaded/cool area when it’s hot, and a warm spot when it’s cold
We have safe and easy access to your home
Food, leads, and any cleaning supplies are easy to find
You let us know in advance if there are any security cameras (inside or outside)

More than happy to meet first before settling on anything, I know it's difficult to tell from a short description. I am offering both dog walking and home visits for your furry friends. Happy to walk for 30 minutes up to two hours depending on your preference. And for the home visits, hours are flexible and can stay as long as you might need. Any dog size and any dog breed is very much welcome, as well as any age. I am available all day on Monday and Saturday, however I can be available all day on Thursdays, Fridays or Sundays if preferred (I would just need to move around days at work). I am also available on Wednesday afternoon past 2pm. While at your home, I am happy to look after some chores or cleaning up if wanted, it doesn't bother me!
