My name is Taryn. I am 22 years old, living in Townsville. I have adored all animals since I was a kid and I have since expanded that love and passion for animals through pet sitting, for which I have been doing for over 6 years. I have experience looking after all shapes, sizes, breeds and temperaments. I have my own dog, called Nova, a Rottweiler, whom I love dearly. I hold a Certificate III in Animal studies, which I gained through Applied Vocational Training. Using my in depth experience, knowledge, passion and love for animals, which I have gained from pet sitting as well as more veterinary work/training, boarding kennels, grooming centres and doggy daycare centres. I would absolutely love to be able to care for your furbabies, and would provide my absolute love, dedication and aspiration, caring for your pets. I've been involved with pets my whole life, I just love animals. They are family in every way.Before having my daughter, I was a foster fur mum, with a foster fail Red Dog, aka Columbus - Red Cattle cross Jack Russell. He made an amazing foster brother, full of spunk, crazy, energetic, and intelligent. I nursed him through cancer until it was his time to leave us. We now have Jaffa Joy, a beautiful, sweet natured/wilful Miniature Long Hair Dachshund. In addition to Jaffa, we have a bird named Buffy, and then there is Montie, our fighting fish; yes, we are BIG pet lovers!I have done pet sitting for family, friends, and work colleagues; cats, fish, birds, rabbits, dog's big and small. Both in my home and theirs. I am happy to stop in and feed your fur babies and provide a play session with lot's of cuddles and pats, happy to send photos and videos. To me, they are not just pet's, they are family.I am just starting on this journey of professional pet sitting. It will be very helpful if you could provide a run down of your pets specific requirements. Dinner time, favourite play toy, likes and dislikes; happy to accommodate individual personalities where possible. Please be assured, I will care for them as if my own.
