"I recently had the pleasure of appointing Ting as our cat Mittens' caretaker, and we cannot express enough how satisfied we are with the level of care and attention provided.
From the very beginning, Ting exhibited a genuine love for animals and a true understanding of their needs. Mittens, our beloved cat, is ragdoll and can be very playful at times. Ting immediately formed a bond with him. It was evident that Mittens felt comfortable and at ease in Ting’s presence.
What truly stood out was the extra effort Ting put into the service. Despite our initial agreement, Ting went above and beyond by visiting Mittens additional times. The additional visits ensured that Mittens not only received the necessary care but also had ample playtime and companionship. It was heartening to see Mittens’ well-cared-for upon our return.
Ting demonstrated a high level of responsibility and reliability throughout the entire pet-sitting period. Regular updates were provided, giving me peace of mind and allowing me to enjoy our time away without worrying constantly about Mittens' well-being.
We highly recommend Ting to anyone in need of a pet sitter who combines professionalism with a genuine love for animals. Mittens and we are truly grateful for the exceptional care provided, and we will not hesitate to reach out to Ting for future pet-sitting needs.

"From the moment I met Nikki I knew she was a dog whisperer. Instead of sitting on the sofa she chose to sit on the floor and surreptiously played with my very shy girl, all the time looking at and talking with me.
I'm just sorry she doesn't do house sitting as I'm going on an extended trip this year and would hire her in an instant. Highly recommend getting Nikki to look after any of your loved ones."
