She was quick to respond to the request and used the information provided to get in to the apartment and tend to the kitties. She provided photos and I was comfortable she had our cats looked after. "Adrian looked after our cat for 6 weeks while we were on holiday abroad. He has a great knowledge of cats and dogs and even provided us with some very useful tips on cat feeding. He visited us twice before the actual booking dates to familiarise himself with the cat as well as with the surroundings. He updated us with our cat's photos and details of her health after every visit, which was a great relief while we were away for too long. Adrian always checked with us whether something more needs to be done and even offered to buy food for the cat when the supply was running low. We found him to be trustworthy, punctual, systematic and has great compassion towards animals. We will definitely be looking forward to booking Adrian the next time we are away from home! We strongly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a reliable and trustworthy house sitter or a caregiver for their pets. 5 stars!!! Thanks a lot, Adrian!! "

"Chintia and Jeffrey were amazing with Blaze! Their communication was excellent, Chintia sent personalised mid-day and end-of-day reports with photos and updates so we always knew exactly how Blaze was doing. He had a lovely play and settled happily afterwards. You can really tell they genuinely care about the dogs they look after. Everything on their profile was accurate, the service was great value, and Blaze was super comfortable with them. We felt completely at ease the whole day. We’ll definitely be booking them again!"

"**Outstanding Cat Sitting Experience!**
I couldn't be happier with the care my cat, Sabine, received from Lisa! When I met her, it was clear that she genuinely loved animals and had a particular way with cats. Throughout my time away, Lisa kept me updated with regular check-ins, adorable videos, and photos of my Sabine baby, which put my mind at ease.
My cat can be timid with strangers, but Lisa was patient and took the time to build trust. She followed my instructions perfectly, ensuring my cat’s routine remained intact. She even went above and beyond by spending extra time playing and trying to coax Sabine out from under the bed and was rewarded with head bumps and finger kisses. Sabine seemed happy and relaxed when I came home—exactly what I hoped for!
I highly recommend Lisa to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and professional sitter. I'll be booking her again in the future!

we now found a cat sitter we can trust and rely on and who is communicating well. Jenny lets us know each visit if everything is ok with our cat or if we might need to check on something. I get updates when she is about to arrive and leave and send's up pictures to show how our beautiful girl is doing.
