"This was my first time using a pet sitter. So lucky to have found Emily. Emily is a very friendly, welcoming person. She visited our home prior to the weekend and asked lots of questions as to our normal care and routine with the cats. Every day that I was away Emily sent me photos and updates as to the cats and their activities. I was very happy with the high level of service and care that Emily showed and loved the daily updates. "Kim cared for our two cats with home visits and also looked after our 2‑year‑old Cocker Spaniel for 7 days. It was the first time we had ever left our Spaniel with a sitter, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were all well cared for! 🐈🐈⬛️🐶
Kim is not just a genuine animal lover — she is knowledgeable about pet care and completely confident managing different routines. She is also happy and comfortable administering medication if needed.
Our Spaniel had never stayed with anyone overnight and was a little nervous at first, but Kim was wonderfully patient and let him settle in his own time. By the end, he was completely relaxed and had well and truly made himself at home! He loved the company of their beautiful pup too 🐶🐶
Kim kept us updated throughout our time away. We felt completely comfortable trusting her with our pets.
We would happily book with Kim again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and experienced sitter."

"Donna is fantastic. Very trustworthy and a genuine friendly person. We instantly felt comfortable with Donna caring for our fur babies and house whilst on holidays.
Donna was kind enough to check our mail and secure parcels which were delivered to our house. She kept excellent communication throughout the care with photos.
