What really stood out was the level of communication—we received regular updates, photos, and little notes about how the dogs were doing, which gave us real peace of mind while we were away. It was obvious that our pets weren’t just being looked after, but truly cared for and given attention, affection, and proper exercise.
When we returned, our dogs were happy, relaxed, and clearly well looked after. It’s not easy to find someone you can fully trust with your pets, but we absolutely found that here. We highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a reliable, compassionate, and professional dog sitter."

"I was very lucky to have had Olivia care for my pet - I was able to enjoy my holiday knowing my pet was in gentle caring hands. I received daily photos and updates which was fantastic that I was able to see my pet whilst away. Olivia kindly offered to bring in my garbage bins which was brilliant as this was not obvious the property was unoccupied. I highly recommend Olivia her communication, animal loving nature and trustworthy approach was a winner for me. I'm happy to have found a carer if ever I need. "

"I’m new to Pawshake and booking a petsitter in general and Amber had made my first experience such a relief. From the beginning Amber was prompt with responses, provided me with some previous reviews to put my mind at ease. Amber communicated with me every day whilst I was away as requested and provided me with daily updates. Whilst my cat was very shy and hid a lot, Amber still provided me with updates on his eating and drinking habits and it was so nice to know that my cat Alvin was in someone that’s trustworthy hands. "Isabelle was amazing! From the moment I messaged her she was so kind and accommodating. From the moment she stepped into our home for the first meeting with the dogs I knew she was going to take great care of them, you could see her love for animals and my dogs were instantly excited and happy for her to be there! They could sense her beautiful nature. She communicated with us everyday and sent photos and fit us into her busy schedule due to it being an emergency and needing a sitter urgently at last minute notice.
The puppy’s were happy and we were happy! I could not recommend her enough! Thank you so much Isabelle 🩷🙏🏽 "

"Couldn’t rate Eliza highly enough. Eliza and her partner did us a wonderful service by visiting our two black Labradors whilst we were away for the day. We were anxious they would be a handful to someone new but our pups were very happy upon our return which was such a relief. Eliza and her partner were lovely and warm and great communicators, they also came for a meet n greet prior to home visits and they seemed excited to hang with our full of beans dogs and vice versa. Really loved getting photo updates too, such a relief seeing our dogs happy. Tip of the iceberg was watching the dogs wander to our pet gate looking up the hallway for their new friends, checking if they are coming back again 🥰"
