As a first-time user of a cat sitter, I was quite nervous. Ana was so gentle, kind, and patient in answering all of my questions, which immediately put me at ease.
I went away overnight, and she took wonderful care of Luna. I especially loved receiving the photos and updates she sent, which reassured me that Luna was happy and well looked after. Ana kept me informed about her visit and the time she spent in my apartment, and her communication was excellent throughout.
I couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be using her services again. Highly recommended! đžđ"

"We are so grateful to Tai-Leigh for the amazing care she provided for our two cats and budgies over the Easter break. "Highly recommend Isabela! She looked after our timid cat with daily house visits and her warmth and thoughtful service made it stress-free. Isabela took the time to meet us and our cat before we left, which really helped our cat feel at ease along with her daily updates on food, litter, mood and other thoughtful suggestions like checking the weather forecast and adjusting the rooms for our cat's comfort. Our cat normally hides from visitors but she came out for a pat - a sign of Isabela's care and kindness. We'll definitely be booking her again! "
