They took great care of both cats, kept us updated, and made sure they were happy, comfortable, and well looked after. It gave us real peace of mind knowing our pets were in such good hands. "Steph has been absolutely wonderful caring for my 18-year-old cat over the past two weeks. Leaving an elderly cat with special needs is never easy, but Steph made the whole experience completely stress-free.
She visited every day to feed and care for my cat, and always sent lovely photos and detailed updates, which gave me so much peace of mind. It was clear from the updates that my cat was happy, comfortable, and receiving excellent care.
Steph is reliable, kind, and clearly has a great understanding of senior pets and their individual needs. I felt completely confident that my cat was in the best hands while I was away.

"I couldn’t be more pleased with Jess as my cat sitter! She took such great care of my fur baby while I was away. Every day, she made sure to brush my cat, give her asthma puffs, and administer her medication on time. I also appreciated that she ensured the auto-feeder was working smoothly and kept my cat’s water fresh. On top of that, she watered my plants (they didn’t die!) and made sure the kitty litter was always clean. It was such a relief knowing my cat and home were in such capable hands. Jess is reliable, thoughtful, and truly cares about my cat's well-being. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a responsible and loving sitter!"
