"Our two cats had visits by Sarah for three days (at short notice). Sarah was thorough and caring. One of my cats is elderly and Sarah carried out detailed instructions that enabled the cat to feel happy, safe, and well-cared for. Sarah communicated extremely well, and showed her ability to establish trust with the cats, through her patience and awareness of their needs. "We have been very happy with the care taken for our 2 dogs over the last week. Most importantly, our dogs (Flora & Teddie) were exceptionally happy and were very well cared for in terms of feeding, walking and general attention.
In addition to caring for our digs, Tyla and Liam showed great initiative in identifying and offering to take up other things during our absence (bringing in washing, emptying bins etc)
