"Laura was fantastic with our dogs. She was extremely reliable and this allowed us to enjoy our holiday. Laura came to our house twice a day to feed and water our dogs and pick up their poo. "Charlotte was an excellent pet-sitter for us. She visited our cat once a day, and our cat adored her from their very first meeting. She was friendly and professional with us and communicated with us promptly and clearly about issues that arose (one at our end re: possibility of extending dates, and one at her end re: access to the house). We also really appreciated that she was willing to be flexible when we were not certain of our exact dates, and that she offered to help with collecting mail, putting out bins, and watering plants. We will not hesitate to book Charlotte again - thank you, Charlotte!"
