"I had a great experience with Vivian looking after our dog, Otto. She was very friendly, caring, and thoughtful throughout the whole time. It made us really happy to see how much she genuinely cared about Otto and treated him with kindness and patience. I felt very comfortable leaving him in her care and really appreciated the updates and attention she gave him. "Bianca is an amazing pet sitter, just stellar! She went above and beyond the daily tasks we requested in her care for our 2 cats, one of which needed daily pill administration. She spent a long time each visit making sure our cats get play and socialisation. Not only the litter boxes were cleaned meticulously, the entire house was kept tidy too even though we didn't ask for it, there was no hairball or puke stains when we came home and all the food prep equipment and the litter equipment were lined up neatly and ready for us to use, I think she may have cleaned our carpet and furnishing from cat hair too even though it wasn't one of the tasks we asked of her. I cannot describe how happy and grateful we are for her service and care. We would definitely be contracting her again in the future when she has time to look after our babies again. Thank you Bianca, please don't hesitate to contact me if you need our help in anyway, not just for pet minding :)"
