"Our two cats had visits by Sarah for three days (at short notice). Sarah was thorough and caring. One of my cats is elderly and Sarah carried out detailed instructions that enabled the cat to feel happy, safe, and well-cared for. Sarah communicated extremely well, and showed her ability to establish trust with the cats, through her patience and awareness of their needs.
