My names Ashleigh, I'm 26 years old and I have a passion for animals big and small, throughout my life I've had the pleasure of owning all types of animals from birds, rabbits, cats, dogs, sheep, cattle and horses. I have extensive experience in the animal industry, working in a boarding kennel as a kennel hand for 3 years before moving into a full time veterinary nurse role which I have now been in for over 3 and a half years. Taking care of animals is second nature to me, my motivation into pet sitting is doing my best to achieve a bond between myself and your pet, making their time away from you comforting and as best as possible. I offer care for all types of pets and I will care for your pets like they are my own, my pets mean the world to me, as I'm sure yours do too. I love being outdoors amongst the trees and nature and would love to help you walk your dog. I frequently walk around the dog friendly Mt Taylor area.
I would be happy to walk your dog with other dogs, if they are ok with other dogs, or walk them one on one, depending on your preferences and accommodate any requests.
Please note that dog walking materials (lead/harness etc) must be supplied.
I can generally manage strong dogs but if they are still learning their manners while on walkies, I would appreciate knowing beforehand.
