"I asked Pra to take care of my mother's cat while she was hospitalized. Despite the sudden request, she gladly accepted and took care of the cat every morning and evening. "Melissa looked after our cat Archie for a week while we went on holiday. This was the first time we used this service for our cat and we were very satisfied and would definitely book Melissa again. Melissa was lovely, flexible & very caring and took great care of our fur baby. Melissa sent us daily updates with photos and made us feel confident that Archie was in good hands. Archie has a dust allergy and Melissa made sure he kept up with his medication and even hoovered the apartment to keep his allergy in check. Great customer service."
