"I highly recommend Jia for conscientious, kind and organised pet care! Jia looked after my two cats while I was away for ten days. She sent me photos and videos of my cats every day, and sent written updates without me having to ask. Great for my peace of mind! Jia is a great communicator- she responded promptly and warmly to every message. She also kindly did pet care tasks such as clean out the litter tray. I will certainly book Jia next time I need a pet carer! "

"Mary-Ann took great care of my cat Tim Tam while I was away and I couldn't have asked for a better cat sitter. Even though it was at short notice she arranged a meet & greet with him beforehand and they became instant besties. Her love for cats really shines through!
She offered daily updates and made sure he was take care of even through one of Melbourne's awful heatwaves. I came home to a happy cat and a tidy house. I couldn't have asked for more :)
I would recommend her to my friends and I'm definitely booking her again the next time I go away! "

Paula followed the routine perfectly, kept the litter area clean, and made sure his food and water were sorted. She also sent great updates after each visit, which gave us real peace of mind. "Rachel was an excellent cat sitter for our two cats. One of them absolutely adored her, showering her with cuddles and even grooming her! Our other cat, who is usually very shy, even greeted Rachel on the last day—definitely a big sign of trust.
