"Yifan was both incredibly professional and caring for my cat Riley. She was really easy to organise and arrange for the booking and took excellent care of her, she will spend actual quality time giving your cat attention, play and brushes. "Lucy took great care of our senior dog, chickens, and fish pond over the two weeks we were away. We couldn’t be more impressed with the exceptional care Claudia provided for our three fur babies over the Easter period. She arrived exactly within the agreed timeframes for every visit, took our dog Ollie on his daily walks, and even surprised him with a chew toy to keep him entertained between visits - such a thoughtful touch.
Our cats were equally well looked after, receiving plenty of attention, affection, and even the occasional brush, which they loved. We received daily photo updates that gave us complete peace of mind, and we returned home to find everything exactly as we left it.
Claudia went above and beyond in every way. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine love for animals made all the difference. We would recommend her without hesitation and will absolutely be booking her again."
