"I was very worried about needing to organise care for my pets, but Charlie's attention to detail, talent for handling anxious dogs, and genuine care for animals put my mind at ease. Charlie kept us informed with clear, friendly, consistent communication, followed the instructions I left to a T. Charlie went above and beyond, and even came up with potential solutions for some curveballs that came up during their care. Most importantly, my pets enjoyed her company! Highly recommended, you couldn't ask for better care for your pets."

"I'm so happy with Nias care for my senior doggo and young cat. She updated me how each visit went and sent me regular pictures. "Jackeline is awesome. She is super patient with our shy cat. She reassured me that she always tries her best especially with Floof. Miumiu also loves all the attention that she gave her. I love how she communicates and reports daily. I will definitely recommend her as cat sitter. And I would love to use her again in the future."
