"Velvet was just perfect. She was an extremely respectful, and conscientious individual. We had great communication at all stages and she was very flexible in helping us with our pets. This was the first time we have used Velvet, but we fully intend to use her services in the future. "We have engaged Rita to look after our cat whilst we were on holidays for 10 days.
Rita was absolutely amazing and we couldn't wish for a better sitter for our cat. She is very bubbly person with a positive energy & caring personality.
She constantly kept us updated on how things are going and Markiza's well-being along with photos of our kitty. Our cat looked well groomed and happy on the photos, which made us feel comfortable and have no worries.
Rita went out of her way by visiting our kitty more than twice a day, as was originally arranged, and brought her presents in the form of a cat nip and some food.
In addition, Rita looked after our plants and kept our apartment tidy! We thank her very much for all her help and recommend her in a heart beat to anyone needing a sitter who will genuinely care about your pet!"

"Lou is AHH-MAZING!!!!! Lou went above and beyond and treated my fur babies with the most genuine love and care. Lots of pics and videos I could clearly see they loved her and were well taken care of. There were a few situations on her visits that were outside the normal scope of a pet sitter and I couldnât be more grateful with how Lou took it on with understanding and flexibility. "Shaun is a wonderful pet sitter, my cats even wanted to socialize with him on his first visits. During the booking period, he made sure to notify me before any visits and checked in advance if any specific tasks needed that day. Also really appreciate the photos and videos he sent every visits, they did make me feel less guilty. I would recommend him for taking care of your pets when you are away."
