"Loes is definitely the best cat carer in Canberra! Using her knowledge and skills she met my shy and anxious cat, Belle, with a soft, gentle, reassuring and empathetic approach to build rapport, and within a short time had her feeling safe, comfortable and relaxed in her care. She provided Belle with all the care and attention she needed, including stimulation and enrichment to help counter the boredom and loneliness whilst I was away. She changed up her toys, set up different activities and environments using available resources, played with her, and even put on classical music for Belle during her visits to soothe her and provide additional stimulation.
The updates and pictures I received of Belle and her latest activities were welcome snapshots, that allowed me to stay connected, and showed the wonderful care she was receiving. It felt as though Loes cared as much about Belle as I do and I would definitely recommend her services. It is such a relief for me to know that she is available to look after Belle as I know she will make every effort to make her happy when I am away. "

"Mary-Anne and her little one did a fantastic job of taking care of our cat Gracie for two weeks. We booked five visits and each time Mary-Anne left detailed messages with lots of photos. If she was unsure about something, she would clarify. We came home to find a happy cat and the house as clean as we left it. Very good value for money. Thanks so much. "

"Aadeeba is hands down the best pet sitter I’ve used through Pawshake! She and Cameron took such wonderful care of my two cats. They are both genuinely lovely, kind people and I felt completely at ease trusting them with my cats from the very beginning. I received daily updates and photos, which was so reassuring while we were away.
One of my cats can get a little stressed when we’re away, and unfortunately he ended up with an upset tummy. Aadeeba was incredibly understanding and more than happy to adjust the care arrangements at short notice to give him some extra attention. Thanks to her kindness and flexibility, he was much happier and his tummy soon settled.
I’m so grateful for the love and care they gave my cats. I couldn’t recommend Aadeeba and Cameron more highly! Thank you so much! ❤️

"Amy took great care of my two cats while I was away. They’re both quite shy around strangers so Amy was very understanding and gave them space without forcing any interaction.
She was reliable, friendly and professional throughout. She also sent detailed updates which was really reassuring while I was away. My cats can be quite messy with their litter box and Amy did an amazing job cleaning up after them. She even went above and beyond what I would have expected. Everything was left very clean and tidy when I got home.
I would definitely book Amy again the next time I go away. I highly recommend her!"
