"Absolutely recommended.
Mayu recently looked after two of my wife and I's cats whilst we were overseas for over a week. This was made more complicated due to the fact that the cats were not yet friendly with each other (so they need to be kept separate), whilst still having their own time to roam around the house. More-so, one cat is on medication, whilst the other is very shy and sensitive.
Mayu was proactive from the beginning about learning about the cats, their routines, their needs, and our needs as owners. She stopped in for a visit prior to the booking in order to meet the cats, review all of the details, and clarify any remaining questions.
Whilst we were away, she provided daily updates on the health and mood of the cats, as well as fantastic photos of them (one of which is now my lock screen photo). She kept the litter boxes clean, fed the cats on a consistent schedule, refilled the water, provided medication, played with the cats, groomed them when possible, and made sure to tidy up after herself. Basically everything you'd want and expect in a cat sitter.
Incredibly, the shy cat came out of her shell, and Mayu was able to give her chin scratches for the final few days. This was a brilliant update to see, as this cat usually takes much longer to feel comfortable with new people, and proves the ability for Mayu to earn trust from cats.
We came back to both of our cats being in good health and happy to see us.
We'll definitely be booking Mayu in the future."

"Sascha was the perfect pet sitter to look after our cats while we were away for 2 weeks. He came over to meet them and us beforehand and his communication was great, keeping us updated throughout our time away. "Adrian looked after our cat for 6 weeks while we were on holiday abroad. He has a great knowledge of cats and dogs and even provided us with some very useful tips on cat feeding. He visited us twice before the actual booking dates to familiarise himself with the cat as well as with the surroundings. He updated us with our cat's photos and details of her health after every visit, which was a great relief while we were away for too long. Adrian always checked with us whether something more needs to be done and even offered to buy food for the cat when the supply was running low. We found him to be trustworthy, punctual, systematic and has great compassion towards animals. We will definitely be looking forward to booking Adrian the next time we are away from home! "Chintia and Jeffrey were amazing with Blaze! Their communication was excellent, Chintia sent personalised mid-day and end-of-day reports with photos and updates so we always knew exactly how Blaze was doing. He had a lovely play and settled happily afterwards. You can really tell they genuinely care about the dogs they look after. Everything on their profile was accurate, the service was great value, and Blaze was super comfortable with them. We felt completely at ease the whole day. We’ll definitely be booking them again!"
