Travelling can be nerve-wracking when thinking of our furry friends left behind, and Sara was a fantastic sitter to help settle nerves and look after our little-ones. She was prompt in all messages and meetings. She was receptive to minute details and idiosyncrasies involved in our cats and home situation. She was polite, friendly and professional. She also sent lots of photos of our cats doing well.

Their communication was excellent, Chintia sent personalised mid-day and end-of-day reports with photos and updates so we always knew exactly how Blaze was doing. He had a lovely play and settled happily afterwards. You can really tell they genuinely care about the dogs they look after.
