"Fan Rui was a caring and conscientious support for our lonely cat, Minnie, as we travelled overseas for a week. He takes the time to learn all he can about your pet, and spends the time to form a relationship with you and your fur-child. Prunella and Darren followed all of the instructions we had left perfectly, and were proactive in keeping our cat entertained. They provided daily updates with photos and videos, gave our little one all the attention he needed while we were away, and even watered our plants.
