"I've used a couple of local (exxy) agencies & they were quite underwhelming - like leaving a stack of dirty cat food bowls in the sink for when you come back from being away! Now I've found a gem - Claire :-) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. She's trustworthy, genuine, and clearly cares about doing the right thing for the pets in her care. "Ally was incredible with my pets. She treated them so well and I knew they were in good hands. I left a huge set of instructions about my pets and she followed them all and was very thorough. I always got communication after every visit and Ally even sent me pictures of all my pets after every visit. This reassured me that they were all safe and happy. You can tell that Ally has a deep love for animals by the way she treats them and speaks about them. I highly recommend Ally as a pet sitter- she does an incredible job. "

"Shaun Is an amazing person. Our initial meet turned into 2 hours of interesting chat.. She has a lovely personality and extremely fond of animals. "Caroline was a delight to deal with from start to finish. We booked her to make a house visit once daily over 8 days to look after our two elderly cats (plus water the pot plants) while we were away overseas. We felt very comfortable leaving them in her care, and it was clear from the photos and videos she sent that they received plenty of TLC. They’re old and fussy, but they loved her! We found her communication style to be proactive and clear. We’ll definitively book Caroline again."
