"We were in need of an experienced and attentive pet sitter to care for our two senior cats while we were away for a month. Alyssa proved to be the perfect fit for this role.
One of our cats is 19 years old with arthritis, kidney issues, and hearing loss, requiring specialised care including medications and gentle handling. Our 13 year old is in good health but craves daily affection in the form of brushes and play time.
Alyssa visited our home twice per day to tend to all of their needs. She administered medications properly and on schedule for our older cat. Both kitties received plenty of cuddles and playtime. Alyssa sent photo and video updates after each visit so we could check in on them. Her communication was exceptionally prompt if we had any questions.
Upon returning home, we were thrilled to be welcomed by two happy, healthy cats whose routines were undisrupted. Alyssa kept their area clean and even did some tidying up around the house. It brought us peace of mind while traveling to know our beloved furry family members were in such caring, capable hands. We would not hesitate to call on Alyssa for pet sitting in the future and highly recommend her to anyone in need of this service."

"We took a chance on Teddy as he's fairly new to Pawshake - and we are incredibly glad we did! He was lovely to deal with and he maintained excellent communications throughout. He turned up on time at the meet and greet, listened to all our instructions, and most importantly, took immensely good care of the two most important things in our life, our dog Kiba and cat Brunel. We felt so relaxed on our 4 day getaway because we knew he was taking excellent care of them... and we have the gorgeous selfies that Teddy sent with the pets to prove it! We will be booking Teddy again soon. I just hope he doesn't get TOO popular so we get to keep him for whenever we go away. 😁 Thankyou Teddy, you are wonderful and I know the pets will be very happy to see you again next time. Cheers!!"

"I have never used a dog sitter before but was extremely fortunate to find Linny.
She was very professional in her dealings yet also friendly and understanding of a pet owners needs and concerns.
Linny looked after my two dogs while I was away with two visits per day. She was communicative with me to reassure that the dogs were fine.
I could tell Linny had a genuine affection for dogs and knew how to interact with them.

"On meeting Arthur you could see he is a gentle person and after walking around the house for a couple of minutes even my shy cat Ebony wanted to say hello. Arthur kept me updated with photos on his daily visits and time spent with Ebony and Elli even though I was out of mobile phone range. Both of my cats were very happy and relaxed. I highly recommend Arthur. "

"It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Lise. Previously we have always used catteries but it was so easy to organise the meet up and then have Lise visit our home each day. The cats were much happier to stay at home and we were sent a message and photos every day. Lise is a very lovely person and obviously loves animals, I would recommend her cat sitting services to anyone."

"This was our first time using Pawshake, and cannot believe we were so lucky to meet Sharnah and her little helper crew. What a blessing this crew are!
Videos and photos every day, lots of love and care. Sharnah was not perplexed (in fact just just handled it! Best!) to give our little young pup with additional needs some TLC too, and changed bedding and washed every day on the way to and from feeding.
We couldn’t be luckier, I hope Sharnah and family are in our lives for the longest time x
