"Kaye is a wonderful cat sitter, we received daily updates with photos of our cats and short reports describing how they are doing.The communication was great and her daily updates made us feel relaxed while we were away. Kaye also considered the individual needs of our two cats and made sure that they felt comfortable and were eating properly. "Jenna is a true consummate professional. She demonstrated a keen knowledge on how to handle cats, and is very respectful of them. Our cats aren't the easiest to handle during mealtime, but she demonstrated great patience in ensuring that they're all fed properly even if they were being difficult.
Jenna also kept us connected to our cats through a very pleasant daily photobomb of photos of our cats. It's almost like we never left. And truth be told, she takes way better photos of our cats than we do... so that's certainly an added plus.
Will 10/10 recommend Jenna in a heartbeat."

"Mira looked after our two dogs and cat for 7 days. She is so kind and was really good with the pets when we had our trial meet! She walked, fed and cuddled them every day. She sent updates and pictures and you could see how happy the pets were and that Mira has a real love for animals. We can’t wait to have her back again! "Stacey is such a life saver. Our cats are not easiest cats to care for, Stacey was always available, went above and beyond to attend to their needs, including last minute request to help with medical needs for Lilan. Even Binx who is a super shy cat ended up a purring machine near Stacey.

"Audrey is a fantastic sitter who I would highly recommend to any of my family or friends needing pet sitting. She did feeding visits for our two cats for a week and took such great care of our cats that I felt completely at ease the whole time. She was super flexible with our routine and made a big effort to get to know the boys with her visit prior to us going away. Super prompt and easy with communications, she really is the best. "I was a first time user of Pawshake and didn’t know what to expect. To be honest I was a little nervous about using the service. I found Nicole quickly and was very impressed by her multiple 5 star reviews so reached out. To say I’ve been left impressed is a vast understatement - Nicole is an excellent communicator and took such great care of our two cats (one of which is a little high maintenance and needs a tablet and an eye drop each day). She also provided daily updates with pictures.
Leaving your pets in their own home while their owners are away is so much better than leaving them in a cattery / cat hotel, and when they receive the level of care that Nicole provides, you’ll return to them being relaxed and well looked after.
Highly recommended and would love to engage her services again! "

"Ilana looked after my cat Alice when I was interstate for work for a week. She was very communicative and showed proactiveness, trying to understand my (Alice’s) needs well before the designated visits.
She told me roughly what time she’d be visiting and would send me message on how she got along with Alice each day as Alice is a timid cat and can be hard to judge how she’s doing.
Ilana was great and I know Alice would be in good hands if she was ever to look after Alice again!
