I’ve spent my whole life around medium-large dogs and have always felt confident and comfortable around them. Back home in Melbourne, I have two beautiful dogs of my own — Milla, my 6-year-old Kelpie x Labrador x Golden Retriever, and Brodie, my 3-year-old Ridgeback x Mastiff x German Shepherd. I miss them dearly, so getting to spend time with dogs here in Brisbane would be incredibly meaningful for me.

Hey, I’m Doc! 
I’ve always loved dogs and know how much they bring joy, energy, and personality to a home. I have grown up around German Shepherd dogs and have had one at my side for most of my life. I have also gained valuable knowledge from interactions with various trainers and owners specifically around dealing with reactive dogs.
I spend time making sure every dog I look after gets exercise, mental stimulation, and plenty of fun, so they come home happy, tired, and content. I’ve got experience with high-energy and working breeds, so whether your dog loves long walks, running at the park, playing games, or just exploring new smells, I can make sure they get the attention and activity they need.
I treat every dog like they’re my own, and their safety and wellbeing are my top priority. I enjoy getting to know their personalities, keeping walks fun but safe, and giving them the structure and care that makes them feel confident and loved.
I’m happy to help with walks, playtime, training reinforcement, or any extra attention your dog needs. I’d love the chance to meet you and your furry friend and make their day a little brighter. Walks are generally 30 minutes to an hour depending on your dogs needs.

My name is Lilly-Rose, I'm 22 years old, and I work full-time as a disability support worker doing sleepover shifts. My hours are 2:00 pm to 6:00 am, which means I'm available during the day to assist with all your dog walking and pet sitting needs . 

I have two kitty cats of my own, and before moving out of home, I helped care for my families fluffy Maltese Shih Tzu. Unfortunately my mum wouldn't let me take him as he's the family pet 🥲. This has definitely left a hole in my heart. 

In terms of care, I'm happy to offer:
- Long or short walks (30 minutes to over an hour)

- Drop-in visits for feeding, playtime, and companionship

What I Offer and My Home Visit Routine
I provide reliable home visits, either once or twice daily, which are tailored to your pet's specific routine. A standard visit typically lasts 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the complexity of care required. During each visit, I provide:

Precision Husbandry: Fresh water, precise feeding, and habitat cleaning, including spot cleaning enclosures, scooping litter, or refreshing bedding.
Specialised Medical Support: I am fully equipped to administer complex medical care, including oral medications and intramuscular (IM) injections.
Engagement: Enrichment for birds and mammals or focused monitoring for reptiles to ensure they are active and healthy.
Home Security: Collecting mail, watering plants, and ensuring your home is secure.

Updates and Communication
I know how important peace of mind is for owners. After every visit, you will receive a detailed update via the Pawshake app. This includes photos of your pets and a summary of their behaviour, appetite, and health status.
Safety and Emergencies
I maintain the highest quarantine and hygiene standards to prevent cross-contamination between households. In the unlikely event of an emergency, my decades of experience allow me to remain calm and act with expert intuition. I have established protocols for immediate vet transport and will keep you informed every step of the way.

I've always loved animals, ever since I was little. But I especially have always loved dogs. Though only in 2020, did my family decide to get a furry friend, Tango. Ever since, I have been obsessed with her! 
Just being around animals somehow makes me smile. That's why I became a pet sitter. If you just need someone to keep an eye on your pet, or take them out for a walk, I would love to! I can promise that I will look after your pet the way I look after mine. 
More than happy to meet first before settling on anything, I know it's difficult to tell from a short description. I am offering both dog walking and home visits for your furry friends. Happy to walk for 30 minutes up to two hours depending on your preference. And for the home visits, hours are flexible and can stay as long as you might need. Any dog size and any dog breed is very much welcome, as well as any age. I am available all day on Monday and Saturday, however I can be available all day on Thursdays, Fridays or Sundays if preferred (I would just need to move around days at work). I am also available on Wednesday afternoon past 2pm. While at your home, I am happy to look after some chores or cleaning up if wanted, it doesn't bother me!
