"Emma is everything we were after from a pet sitter to look after our cats. She cared for them well and communicated clearly. She also managed to get our more nervous cat to come out for pats (which is no easy feat for someone new). We will definitely ask Emma to sit for us again if she stays in the business!

"I highly recommend Jia for conscientious, kind and organised pet care! Jia looked after my two cats while I was away for ten days. She sent me photos and videos of my cats every day, and sent written updates without me having to ask. Great for my peace of mind! Jia is a great communicator- she responded promptly and warmly to every message. She also kindly did pet care tasks such as clean out the litter tray. "This was the second time Gerardine has looked after my cat while I'm away and I couldn't be happier with her as a sitter.
She sent updates every day with not only messages but multiple pictures. I am a worrier when I go away but her passion for animals and care for my cat shone though - I have never felt more comfortable leaving my cat in someone else's care.

"Mary-Ann took great care of my cat Tim Tam while I was away and I couldn't have asked for a better cat sitter. Even though it was at short notice she arranged a meet & greet with him beforehand and they became instant besties. Her love for cats really shines through!
She offered daily updates and made sure he was take care of even through one of Melbourne's awful heatwaves. I came home to a happy cat and a tidy house. I couldn't have asked for more :)
I would recommend her to my friends and I'm definitely booking her again the next time I go away! "

"Paula looked after our cat and did an excellent job. Our cat is blind, so we needed someone patient and consistent. Paula followed the routine perfectly, kept the litter area clean, and made sure his food and water were sorted. She also sent great updates after each visit, which gave us real peace of mind.
