"Ilan has provided a high level of care and attention for my dear cat Taco. Ilan has provided care for multiple consecutive days and has been professional and courteous through every stage of the process.
I feel very comfortable and confident in letting Ilan attend my home and she is very mindful of the specific needs of my pet cat. Ilan tailors her visit to meet Taco’s requirements and is highly communicative with me whilst I am away, informing me about my cat’s general mood and wellbeing.
Ilan has also been flexible with changes to the bookings and the services she provides for my pet whilst I am away and can adapt her visit from day to day. I am very impressed with the level of service provided by Ilan and I will retain her for future instances when I will need a cat sitter."

"Kathryn is a great cat sitter. We were worried about leaving our 2 cats on their own, especially because one of them is very shy. Kathryn was very loving with the girls and sought them out. As a result of this, our shy girl came out from hiding after a couple of visits and even let kathryn pat her! Highly recommend and already booked her services for our next holiday!"

"We couldn’t have asked for a better cat sitter. Carrie was incredibly caring and looked after our cats with such gentle, thorough love. It was clear how much time and attention she gave them, especially when they were sad and missing us. She spent time comforting them and making sure they felt safe and loved.
Carrie’s communication was excellent throughout. We received regular, thoughtful updates that really put our minds at ease and showed how well our cats were doing in her care. "Kristie has been incredibly kind, caring and accommodating, and I felt very comfortable trusting my dogs in her care. She has a wealth of experience with dogs, including those with behavioural challenges, as well as fostering and rescue experience. Her nursing background also gives an extra sense of reassurance.
She is calm, capable, trustworthy and genuinely caring, and clearly takes each dog’s individual needs and wellbeing seriously. I would absolutely recommend Kristie and will definitely be using her services again in the future."

"Andreas and Ale were excellent pet sitters for our dog and cat. They spent time prior to our trip running through our daily routine and we could see the pets liked them both immediately (always a great indicator!). They even managed a difficult situation with a neighbours dog. They were wonderful with communications, photos and messages throughout the entire week and when we returned home the pets were the best they've ever been after we've been away, very calm and non-stressed. They even left a lovely little note and 2 cute little stickers (thankyou!) at the end of the sit. We would definitely engage Ale and Andreas again and look forward to our next trip away with relief, knowing our fur people will be well taken care of. Great experience, thanks!"

"Jane is an excellent kitty carer! I was concerned about leaving my kitties for the first time with a pet carer as one of the kitties - Winter- is very shy. I was silly to be concerned. At the meet and greet Winter greeted Jane and their friendship blossomed! Little Missy loved Jane - she looked bright and brushed when I got home! 😸😸 The kitty tray was beautifully clean, the water fountain was topped up and the feeding bowls were full.
I have asked Jane to care for Winter and Missy again. 100% recommend Jane a really lovely lady who cares for kitties 😀😀👍"
