Her communication, attentiveness and just general being has meant we have been able to enjoy our holiday with comfort knowing our doggie has been well looked after. "We are genuinely so happy with our experience with Nicole. She was absolutely fabulous is caring for our cats. When the dry food dispenser was not working properly, she was so willing to help download the app on her phone and configured everything required to fix it. Our cats love her so much too and she did everything brilliantly based on our instructions.
