I am currently working two jobs and looking for a career change. I've always been in love with all animals, but especially dogs. I am wanting to put my foot in the door of employment in the field of animal care and think this is a great (and flexible) way to start!
I grew up with a dog, jack russell x blue heeler, who lived a fulfilling life until she was 17. 5 years later, my family decided we were ready for a new family member and Archie came along! I have never loved anything so much in my life. Archie, unfortunately, has a couple of medical issues (one rare and one common on his breed) but we are so grateful that he ended up in our arms so we could give him the best life possible. 
I have looked after my cousin's dogs multiple times over the past few years. They have three border collies so they're quite a handful but I'm always there to give them the most enjoyable time while their owners are away. I have also looked after a colleague's Labrador multiple times this year which gave me fantastic experience living with a dog I'd never met before (thankfully she's the loveliest dog ever, so that experience was easy). 
I would love to help you and your gorgeous pets out by providing them with any of my listed services which include: 

  Home visits 
  Dog walking
  House sitting (24hrs or multiple days)
  Pick up/drop off
  Basic grooming (if they are okay in a car or you have sufficient space &amp; products at home)
  Oral medication administering (my dog has to have a total of 12 tablets a day and has for 7yrs so I am completely comfortable with giving your pet their medication)


My wife and I have a 12-year-old long-haired domestic cat, and we have a deep love for pets. We frequently help our friends take care of their cats and dogs. We are friendly, trustworthy and understand how pets are a part of the family and need lots of love. This is why we find Pawshake so great, as your pets can stay in their own environment where they feel safe and happy. We're more than happy to assist those who, due to work, travel, or other reasons, find it inconvenient to care for their furry family members at home.
Both my wife and I work from home several days a week, giving us plenty of time to spend with pets, play with them, and share moments together. Additionally, we thoroughly enjoy spending a lot of time engaged in outdoor activities, so having your pet with us is not a burden at all.
We guarantee wholehearted care for every pet, treating them as our own family members, providing companionship, and ensuring their time here is filled with memories and joy. I can visit your pets once a day to suit their needs. I will spend time with, play with and walk animals as needed so they don’t feel lonely while you are away. Hi  we're Kelsey and Taylor and we look forward to looking after your dog at our Dog Retreat.
We live on just over half an acre property in the lush and leafy suburb of Park Orchards. Our property also backs on to the 100 Acre Reserve which is renowned for its walking trails and scenery. Your pet will be part of the family, kept occupied with our two resident hounds Ernie (8yo Cocker Spaniel) and Junebug (1yo Toller) who will keep your pet busy. Both are extremely friendly and playful.
We also understand that close care and routine is imperative for any pet. We've got a lot of experience with handling animals and also dealing with difficult situations in the unlikely event they arise. We also provide a Apple Tag for every Pet guest on arrival to provide that extra peace of mind before you head away, along with consistent message (with photos of adventures) updates while you're away.

I am a reliable and caring pet visitor, having grown up with cats as a kid.&nbsp; For a few years there we had bunnies and guinea pigs in the backyard as well.&nbsp; I now own two awesome burmese cats that are happy and healthy.Happy to do in home visits to pat, cuddle, feed, refill water and clean litter trays, to ensure your pets stay calm and safe. I have a few cats of my own including an ex-regional pound inmate that I've had to rehabilitate from a broken state back in to a fun loving cat. As a result, I get nervous when I go away, hoping that the sitter will do things as I would, ask questions, send photos and ensure my cats eat and are well cared for. That's what I would like, so that's what I do for other people's cats.
I'm happy to send far too many photos, sit there like a statue whilst the cat sniffs the bowel in the presence of a stranger and maintain consistency for your cat(s). I've not had veternary training but I'm happy to administer oral medicines and skin cremes and possibly eye drops (depending one the cat's reactions). Bitey, belly scratches and multi-cat homes are all good in my book - ranging from total food monsters to timid cats that hiss at strangers, only showing their freindly selves to their owners.
Let's face it, there's always a bit of worry when you go away. My aim is to reduce that as much as possible, the difference between knowing and KNOWING and then actually being able to relax on holiday.
I work throughout the day, generally i'll declare myself unavailable through busy deadline periods

Hi! I'm Wyn and I've been a pet sitter for many years now! I love all fur babies and am passionate about proper care, nutrition and enrichment. I will look after your fur kids like they're my own, and will keep you updated during the stay! I have qualifications in animal care and am confident with different breeds and temperaments. 
I have 3 cats and a dog at home. Their names are Lily, Merlin, Simba and Piper. Lily and Merlin are 18, both going very strong and loud. Simba is around 11, he's the naughty one of them all. Piper is just over a year old and a very boisterous puppy, loves all humans that breathe in her general direction. 
I am happy to provide dog walking, pet sitting, daily visits, but unfortunately cannot host your pets at my home. 

I am happy to follow whichever directions you have for your pets, and am happy to administer medication and injections if need be.

A little about me!&nbsp;
I grew up in New Zealand with an array of furry friends, from dogs, cats, mice, rats, chooks, fish, birds and horses.
I am the one that attends to the ‘broken’ ones that nobody else wanted. I loved them all.
From a very early age, I always had a way with animals, like a deep understanding of whatthey felt, what they wanted. They were my go to when I needed someone to talkto. This has led me later in life, to Reiki and Intuitive Healing, and Inter-species communication.
I have worked with many rescues, including Greyhounds, as well as rescued wild animals, and those still living free. This now includes approximately 20 species of animals, from around the globe.
The information received has been confirmed by pet owners, and via X-Rays in wild animals, as being accurate.
&nbsp;I lived on a farm for 9 years, having further experience with both cows and sheep.&nbsp;
My life wouldn’t be what it is today without furry companions by my side. Animals complete me.&nbsp;
I currently live with my two cats, Puma (a rescue), and Luna, (my Covid saving grace.)&nbsp;

What can I offer for you and your beloved pets?&nbsp;
I will come to your home, up to twice a day. (More per our arrangement for those animals in need of high care and love) All animals will be greeted with love, pats, and cuddles.&nbsp;&nbsp;
As I have an insight into how animals feel, I will allow timid and or rescues to come to me when they are comfortable, rather than pushing them. It doesn’t usually take long, unless they have experienced severe trauma. It’s all about building trust, and for them to feel safe.&nbsp;&nbsp;
I will feed them as per your instructions; change water bowls daily, and brush if requested. I will clean up any doggy or kitty DoDo’s if needed. Time permitting; I will have a quick play in your yard with your dog, or inside stimulus with your pet.&nbsp;
&nbsp;I offer Dog walking on lead, as an additional service. I also offer to take iPhone photos or short videos of your furry family and send to you for peace of mind that they are settled, looked after, and loved.&nbsp;
If there were any emergencies, I would take them to your vet of choice, after a phone call to you to talk things through, or any other arrangements that you may have put in place.
I am happy to give medication where needed, if your animal is easy to administer, otherwise let me know your tricks to make it successful. I have only done needling on sheep, so I'm not really experienced with injecting medications, however I am happy to learn.
If I am walking your Dog, I am happy to encourage basic commands as per your instruction. I usually get a dog to sit, before crossing roads. (My cats also sit before I put their evening meal out ha ha)&nbsp;
I am also happy to water any indoor plants if needed, and collect any mail.&nbsp;
I have been pet sitting (including rescues) and dog walking privately for a number of years, and can provide feedback by previous clients if needed.&nbsp;&nbsp;
I have walked dogs from 8 kgs to 54 kg, and everything in-between.&nbsp;
I have also helped with the re-homing of a Wolf Hound X, as her owners could no longer look her after. I am happy to say that Molly now has a lovely home and family she can call her own.&nbsp;&nbsp;
