During the booking period, he made sure to notify me before any visits and checked in advance if any specific tasks needed that day. "Bobbie was absolutely incredible! While I was away, she kept me regularly updated on how my cats were doing and even sent photos, which gave me complete peace of mind. She went above and beyond in every way, taking the time to build a genuine bond with my anxious cat who usually never comes out around other people. The fact that she was able to earn that trust speaks volumes about her care and patience.
My fur babies absolutely adored her!
They even missed her and would wait by the door for her visits, which shows just how consistent, kind, and reliable she was. On top of that, Bobbie maintained everything to the highest standard, from fresh food and water bowls to clean litter trays and overall hygiene.
