"Zaheera is AMAZING! We were let down by our previously booked pet sitter the day before we were due to go away. Hours later we were able to get in contact with Zaheera and she was kind enough to come over that very same night to meet all our pets and run through their routine. Our plans were very unpredictable and Zaheera was able to accommodate additional days at short notice. She gave us detailed daily updates along with photos. We were amazed that even the most timid of our cats were not only comfortable with Zaheera but approached her for pats! It was clear she cared for them. She didn't just clean the trays, feed them and leave. We have absolutely no hesitation recommending Zaheera. She will undoubtedly exceed your expectations!"

"Debbie took care of my 3 furballs while I was overseas. I’m thoroughly impressed with her services! She had been great with communications and provided updates regularly. One of my cats requires special diet, Debbie had supervised each meals until they finished their food, to make sure they aren’t eating the wrong food.
She has also kept the place clean, so I came home to 3 happy cats and worry-free.
I would recommend Debbie to anyone who’s searching for a reliable sitter, and will definitely rebook her when I need one. "

"Rachel was an absolutely fantastic pet sitter! This was the first time we used the Pawshake service so we were a little nervous but after my initial meeting with Rachel I was feeling very confident. Rachel really took great care of our two boys (cats) and took time to play with them every day and ensure I was updated with photos regularly. When we came home they were happy and healthy, no signs of stress at all. When Rachel came over to drop off the keys they approached her as if old friends and were completely at ease. On top of that our cats had been shedding hair and Rachel vacuumed the area before we arrived home which we were incredibly grateful for. I am now very happy I have found a reliable and trustworthy pet sitter in Rachel, and I have already recommended her to friends and family in the area!"

"I can not thank Vanessa enough for her service, she was a great communicator from the very start which set the whole family at ease immediately about making this very hard decision to leave our ageing Socs for the very first time with anyone except family. Vanessa is a lovely caring person, it is obvious she loves animals, she is reliable, trust worthy and respectful. Vanessa followed all instructions that were discussed and kept in regular contact updating us on Socs. We arrived home to a very well looked after relaxed cat. I would not hesitate to recommend Vanessa for any kind of pet minding services that may be required. If necessary I will certainly be using Vanessa to care for Socs in the future. "Super happy that I chose Katrina and her daughter to visit our furboy while we went on a short holiday. The time spent at the initial meet and greet, all the questions thereafter to get to know our pooch, then the detailed updates and photos once we were away (not to mention walks and games) - we couldn't have asked for more! And it didn't seem to affect our furboy that we were even gone which has always been a concern for us and reluctance to go on holidays. "Molly did a wonderful job of looking after our cat Bella (who has no eyes) for a month while we were in Europe! 😊 She was great at communicating and sending us photos, videos and updates regularly. She clearly has a love for all animals and was saddened to find our goldfish had passed. She was kind enough to let us know and ask what to do. She also replaced our fire alarm battery that was beeping. I wouldn't hesitate to book Molly again and I would highly recommend her to look after your pets! 😺"
