"Diana was fantastic! Great communication throughout and she sent us lots of photos and videos, which was so reassuring while we were away.
Coco is normally very reserved and anxious with new people, but she absolutely loved Diana and was coming out for pats and her feeds, which says a lot! 🥰

"We are genuinely so happy with our experience with Nicole. She was absolutely fabulous is caring for our cats. When the dry food dispenser was not working properly, she was so willing to help download the app on her phone and configured everything required to fix it. Our cats love her so much too and she did everything brilliantly based on our instructions.
