"I am very pleased with the care Belle gave to my two 9 year old indoor cats while I was away. She is caring, reliable and flexible. I booked Belle to visit my cats twice a day and she provided me with twice daily updates and photos of them. One of my cats is very shy and tends to hide when visitors come but after a few days of Belle's visits he was happy to come out and receive her attention. "We are genuinely so happy with our experience with Nicole. She was absolutely fabulous is caring for our cats. When the dry food dispenser was not working properly, she was so willing to help download the app on her phone and configured everything required to fix it. Our cats love her so much too and she did everything brilliantly based on our instructions. "I felt comfortable about leaving my cats in Alex's care as soon as I met her. She obviously loves animals and my cats seemed to like her.
communication was excellent with regular updates, including pictures.
my house was tidy and clean when we got back. cats were happy and not stressed at all.
I will be using Alex again if we go away. it was really good to have that peace of mind that my cats were safe and well looked after.

"Tharina did such a good job that Mickey (our 14 year old Burmese) is now missing her daily visits :-) She came twice a day over Easter, and gave Mickey so much attention and cuddles, that now he meows for the same undivided attention from the family.
