"We had such a peace of mind knowing Lylia was there to check in our doggos. She took amazing care of them and we came home to two very happy and healthy pups. Lylia was so kind to report daily on the dogs and also took incredible photos of them which we loved. "Anna looked after our very scared cat for about a week. She went above and beyond to contact us and get into the property when our housemate had left the latch on the front door. Our doggo has some extra needs and also just having had a surgery procedure that required some medication to be administered we asked Matt to call by and meet our boy. Matt was kind, caring and instantly connected with our boy. Matt was in contact with us the whole time we were away and made us feel comfortable leaving our boy in his care. "Elise looked after my 8 year old rescue Rag Doll, Mumbles, for 3 weeks whilst I was on holiday. Mumbles has a neglected and traumatic background, meaning he is extremely timid and does not warm easily to strangers. Not only did Elisse have Mumbles in her lap by day 2, she clearly cared for him and showed him love as if he was her own. Elisse used her own initiative and sent me photos and videos to reassure me he was ok. This meant my holiday was much more enjoyable. Elisse is THE most AMAZING cat sitter I have ever used. I will never use anyone else and I fact, will schedule my next holiday around her availability. An absolute gem and delightful lover of the fur babies. Highly recommend her. You will not be disappointed. Elisse, Mumbles will definitely miss you 😻"
